Mint Chip Ice Cream Bars
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Plant Protein Unflavored
- 3/4 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Peppermint Flavor
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds
- Freeze for 24 hours
- Enjoy!
