Mint Chip Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Plant Protein Unflavored
  • 3/4 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Peppermint Flavor

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds
  3. Freeze for 24 hours
  4. Enjoy!
