Oat My Goodness
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Total Health Unflavored
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Cup Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Nut Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
For Pancakes:
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Blend oats to make a flour texture
- In the blender, add banana, milk, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon and Total Health. Blend.
- Pour into a glass to enjoy as a smoothie, or continue recipe to make pancakes
- Add baking powder and egg to mix
- Oil/butter a frying pan and pour batter to make pancakes
