Yoda Bars
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Vanilla Plant Protein
- 3/4 Cup Nut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 Cup Chocolate Sauce
OR Make your own chocolate sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
For Chocolate Sauce
- Mix all chocolate sauce ingredients together until smooth
- Cool in the fridge for 5 minutes to thicken
- Heat water in a pot over the stove, do not boil. In a bowl over the hot water, mix nut butter, honey and coconut oil until smooth
- Mix in all of the other ingredients, including chocolate sauce
- Line a square pan with parchment paper
- Press mixture into pan with a spatula
- Put in the fridge for one hour, cut into squares, and serve!
